The following describes how the Awesun Personal Edition for Windows uses an identification code to initiate Remote Assistance:
1. This equipment is used as the control end
(1) In the [Remote Assistance]-> [Remote Control Equipment] column, enter the identification code of the controlled equipment;
(2) Click "** Connect **", and the control terminal sends a 60-second remote request to the controlled terminal, during which the remote connection can only be made after the controlled terminal confirms the request.
If you have the verification code of the controlled end, you can connect remotely by entering the verification code without waiting for the controlled end to confirm the remote request;
(3) After the remote control is finished, the identification code record is automatically generated, and the remote control can be quickly initiated by clicking the identification code with one key;
(4) Awesun supports adding a desktop shortcut to the computer desktop with the identification code record, and clicking the generated shortcut can initiate remote control.
2. This equipment is used as the controlled end
Send the local identification code to the controller, and the controller can use the identification code to initiate remote connection to the local machine to control the equipment.
