Question 1: Prompt only supports 2.4GWiFi
The control terminal APP adds a power-on socket. The following prompt is seen in the network setting link, which means that the WiFi currently connected to the mobile phone is not 2.4G channel. Please change the network and try again.

Question 2: When the control terminal app is connected to the power-on socket, it is found that the power-on socket indicator light is not flashing blue.
Press and hold the switch on the top of the power socket for about 5 seconds to reset, and then add it again with the control terminal APP. If the indicator light is not on, try to replace other power supply tests that can be powered on. If the problem persists, it represents equipment failure. Please contact the after-sales specialist for handling.
Question 3:WiFi Self-Check
(1) WiFi only supports 2.4 bands
(2) Wireless mode does not support 11n only
(3) WiFi cannot be hidden, SSID broadcast needs to be turned on
(4)WiFi encryption type is WPA2-PSK, authentication type is AES, or both are set to automatic
(5) If you modify the WiFi name or password, it will cause the boot socket to be unable to connect to the network, and you need to reset the boot socket.
(Reset steps: after powering on the power socket, press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds, release the button, and then wait for the indicator light to turn into a blue light flashing state, which means the reset is successful, and then add the power socket again for use)
(6) If the WiFi name cannot be obtained normally by binding the configuration network for the first time, please turn on the GPS function first
(7)WiFi needs to be able to connect to the Internet to surf the Internet properly
Question 4: Version 2.0 of C1Pro boot socket cannot be distributed
(1) When the boot socket is version 2.0, please select [Flash] mode for network distribution
(2) When the distribution page does not have the [Flash] [Slow Flash] option, the App needs to be updated to the latest version (only V12.1.0 or higher supports power socket 2.0 distribution)
Question 5: How to set the AC Recovery on
Before using Awesun power-on socket , the motherboard needs to support the AC recovery function (AC power recovery), which automatically starts the system after the device is powered on, thus realizing the remote power-on function.
Enter the motherboard BIOS
After pressing the power switch of the computer, immediately repeatedly tap the " Delete ", " F2 " or " F12 " keys on the keyboard to enter the motherboard BIOS setting interface.
- Note: * * Due to the large number of motherboard models on the market, if you still cannot enter the motherboard BIOS through the above methods, you can consult the corresponding motherboard manufacturer.
Turn on the incoming call boot function
In the shutdown mode, only computers with similar options such as AC Recovery or AC Power Recovery under the power management menu of the BIOS support incoming call startup. If this option is not available, it is not supported. (If the AC Recovery does not support remote boot, please consult the motherboard manufacturer)
You usually look for options such as the following in Power Managment:
“AC Recovery”
“AC Power Recovery”
“After Power Loss”
“AC BACK”
" Power status after power failure recovery " and other settings, find it and enable it.
Dell motherboards for example:
Go to Power Management Setup->AC Recovery Set to: On.
Lenovo motherboard for example:
Go to Power->After Power Loss Set to: Power On.
ASUS motherboard for example:
Enter Advanced (Advanced)-> Advanced Power Management (APM), and set the power status to: power on after power failure recovery.
Gigabyte motherboard for example:
Go to Power Management->AC BACK and set it to Always On.
Note: If you cannot confirm whether the motherboard BIOS contains settable parameters, please contact the motherboard manufacturer directly to confirm whether your device supports the call wake-up function.
